AYURVEDIC LIFESTYLE WORKSHOP "Perfect Health"

Brie is a Chopra Center University Certified Instructor for the Perfect Health program, a comprehensive wellness course developed by renowned physicians Deepak Chopra, MD, and David Simon, MD. This transformative program is rooted in Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, and is designed to provide participants with practical tools to cultivate balance in their body and mind, improve overall health, and align with their true nature. Through the Perfect Health program, students embark on a journey of self-discovery, integrating Ayurvedic wisdom, meditation, yoga, and mindful nutrition to create lasting positive change. The program offers a holistic approach to well-being, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of life while empowering individuals with daily practices to enhance their vitality, joy, and inner peace.


The Perfect Health program consists of five structured sessions, which can be taught over a minimum of three full days. Each session builds upon the previous one, guiding participants step by step toward a deeper understanding of Ayurvedic principles and their practical application:


  • Session One: This foundational session introduces the core principles of Ayurveda, including its emphasis on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Participants learn about the three primary doshas (mind-body personalities)—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and how they influence health and well-being. The session also covers the essential role of meditation and yoga in achieving balance and self-awareness.
  • Session Two: Nutrition is a cornerstone of Ayurvedic healing, and in this session, participants learn how to select foods that best support their unique dosha. By understanding the impact of different tastes, seasonal eating, and proper food combinations, students can optimize digestion, maintain a healthy weight, and promote long-term vitality.
  • Session Three: Detoxification and rejuvenation are key components of self-care in Ayurveda. This session focuses on identifying and eliminating toxins—both physical and emotional—while incorporating gentle purification techniques, daily rituals, and lifestyle adjustments to support long-term renewal and vitality.
  • Session Four: True health extends beyond the physical body to include emotional well-being. This session explores conscious communication and emotional intelligence, providing students with tools to navigate relationships with clarity, compassion, and self-awareness. By practicing emotional freedom techniques, participants learn to release past burdens and cultivate inner peace.
  • Session Five: In the final session, students discover how to harness the healing power of their senses. Ayurveda teaches that our senses act as a gateway to well-being, influencing our mental, emotional, and physical health. Participants learn how to use sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell to nourish themselves, balance their nervous system, and activate their body's innate healing intelligence.


By the end of the Perfect Health program, students will have gained a profound understanding of Ayurvedic principles and a personalized set of tools to integrate into their daily lives. Through meditation, conscious eating, rejuvenating self-care, mindful communication, and sensory awareness, they will be empowered to cultivate a state of lasting wellness, inner harmony, and a deep connection with themselves and the world around them.
