INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION WORKSHOP

Offered over the course of two days—though a one-day option is available for those with limited availability—this immersive workshop explores different methods of meditation, allowing students to experience and discover which techniques resonate most with them. The Introduction to Meditation program includes instruction and guided practice in five distinct meditation techniques, each offering a unique approach to stillness, awareness, and self-discovery:


  • Eating Meditation: This practice encourages mindful awareness of food, promoting a deep connection between the mind, body, and nourishment. Through slow, intentional eating and heightened sensory awareness, participants learn to savor their meals, cultivate gratitude, and improve digestion by engaging fully with the act of eating.
  • Mantra Meditation: Rooted in ancient traditions, mantra meditation involves the silent repetition of a sacred sound, word, or phrase to focus the mind and transcend distractions.
